Roasted Pecan Chicory Butter

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted roasted pecans

1 tbsp ground roasted chicory

1-2 tbsp clover honey

1/2 tsp fleur de sal

*salt to taste


Method

Prep—

1. Prepare your palette board: Measure the following ingredients and place them on a blank slab:

roasted pecans

roasted chicory

clover honey

fleur de sal


Heat—

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Lay the pecans on an empty clean baking sheet. 3. Heat for twelve minutes. Remove from heat.

Roasted Pecans

4. Transfer to a food processor or blender. Add the salt, roasted ground chicory and honey until a creamy butter begins to liquidate.

5. Store in an airtight container until ready to use or consume!
